I have taught graduate students at three public universities during a 40 year career in higher education: University of Georgia, University of Toledo and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I rank Syeda in the top 3% of all of those students and I'm confident that her professional career will skyrocket after she finishes her MPA degree.
She is highly regarded and respected by all of her professors and fellow students alike.

Jerry Stevenson

Professor and MPA Graduate Coordinator at University of Arkansas at Little Rock

Syeda has been a pleasure to have as a Graduate Assistant. Her strong work ethic and dedication have made her an excellent asset to our team. She has demonstrated a strong sense of initiative in completing projects/tasks in an effective and timely manner. Syeda is a brilliant researcher and her exceptional writing ability has assisted the research center with several major projects. Her work is always thorough and she consistently follows-up to see if there are additional tasks that she can take on. Syeda possesses a tremendous amount of promise and will surely continue to achieve great things throughout her career.

Jessica Amos

Assistant Director of the Survey Research Center at UA Little Rock.

Syeda was an excellent student in my Listening and Civil Dialogue course. I could always count on her to come to class and be prepared to discuss the day's topics. Her in-person and online discussions were thoroughly researched and thoughtful, using examples from local and global conflict situations. Having her perspective shared in my class enriched the experiences of the rest of the students. I often brought in examples she would cite to share with students, as they were new situations and cases that had not been considered in other class materials. She is also an excellent writer and thinker, asking for help when needed. It was clear from her performance in the class that she loves to learn and seeks opportunities to gain knowledge and skills in various areas. Her abilities to communicate her thoughts and questions are impeccable. What a wonderful student!

Department Chair, Department of Applied Communication at University of Arkansas at Little Rock

Meher Mujtehdi Syeda has been an exceptional graduate assistant during her time at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. However, thanks to her proactive approach and sharp research skills, collaborating with her feels more like working with a research partner than an assistant. She rises to every occasion and always brings a unique perspective to our work. Her dedication, professionalism, and ability to navigate complex challenges make her an invaluable asset to any team!
